Aumgene Biosciences has fully equipped large scale fermentation facilities with fermenters of 100L to 40,000L scale to offer a wide array of contract fermentation / toll manufacturing services for various biotech and fermentation derived products. All the fementers are PLC/SCADA controlled with pH, DO, Temperature & Agitation controls. The fermentation facility is GMP compliant.

DEXTRAZYME L PLUS is a concentrated enzyme preparation for use in cane & beet sugar processing. It consists of dextranase as the primary enzyme component.

Dextran polymer formation is a common occurrence in cane sugar manufacturing process due to the infection of dextran producing bacteria. Leuconostoc mesenteroides is the most common dextran producing bacteria found in damaged sugarcane and in sugar mill processing. Formation of dextran polymer causes increased viscosity of sugar syrup and reduces the efficiency of various processing steps such as filtration and crystallization. This in turn causes significant recovery losses in sugar production.

The dextranase enzyme present in Dextrazyme L Plus hydrolyses the dextran polymer into oligosaccharides and simple sugars such as sucrose & glucose. This results in reduced viscosity of sugar syrup and improved process efficiency and recovery.

Lipase, (Triacylglycerol hydrolase) (EC 3.1.1.3) are enzymes with varied industrial, food and pharmaceutical applications. They can be described as enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of ester bonds in lipid substrates. Some lipases are specific to a certain type of ester bonds and a certain class of lipids while others are nonspecific and act on a wide variety of lipids.

We manufacture concentrated ultra refined spray dried papain enzyme powder in various strengths – 400 TU/mg, 1000 TU/mg & 1200 TU/mg. Our ultra refined papain enzyme powder is produced by tapping the latex from the fruit of carica papaya. The latex undergoes various steps of filtration, microfiltration, ultrafiltration & polishing filtration. It is finally spray dried into a free flowing white color powder.

We also manufacture liquid papain enzyme of 200, 400 and 600 TU/mg strengths.
